Songas provides food relief

In response to an appeal from the Government of Tanzania, Songas has provided 40 tons of maize flour to the Rufiji District which is along the pipeline that brings natural gas from Songo Songo Island to the songas’ Ubungo power station in Dar es Salaam. The food distribution took place from the 5th to the 12th of April. Songas employees worked with district officials to distribute food to the elderly, disabled and orphans in villages along the pipeline wayleave.
