Globeleq sponsors East Africa power conference

Globeleq is a sponsor of the Eastern African Power Industry Convention (EAPIC) that will take place in from the 15-17 August 2006 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This conference and exhibition will encourage regional co-operation in Eastern Africa and is the only forum that has provids an annual discussion platform and annual updates on the power and mining sectors in eastern Africa.

The conference and exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Tanzania and the TANESCO is the host utility. I n previous years this event has taken place in Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia, Kenya, DRC, Angola and Mozambique, and has grown considerably from year to year.
