Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy

Globeleq owns a majority interest in Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy (GME), the owner, operator and leading developer of wind projects in Central America. GME owns and operates PESRL (Plantas Eólicas S.R.L.), a 23 MW wind plant located in North Central Costa Rica.  The plant is operated by GME and sells electricity to Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), the government owned electricity utility company.
