Mike is the CEO of Globeleq and previously served for 3 years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer /Chief Operating Officer. He has been working in the power sector for 25 years and has developed, built, financed, led businesses, and operated projects on five continents, the last of which was the award-winning Rabai Power in Kenya.
During his career he has served as Division President of AES, Finance and Project Director of Aldwych, and CEO of Continental Wind Power at which he led the development and construction of the largest wind farm in Europe, the 600MW Fantanele Cogealac windfarm in Romania, and oversaw the development, financial closing and construction of the award-winning 113 MW Boco Rock windfarm in Australia.
Mike est le PDG de Globeleq et a auparavant occupé pendant 3 ans le poste de directeur des finances / directeur de l’exploitation de l’entreprise. Il a travaillé dans le secteur de l’énergie depuis 25 ans et a développé, construit, financé, mené des entreprises et exploité des projets sur cinq continents, dont le dernier a été le primé Rabai Power au Kenya.
Au cours de sa carrière, il a servi comme Président de la division de AES, Finance et directeur de projet chez Aldwych, et PDG de Continental Wind Power où il a dirigé le développement et la construction du plus grand parc éolien en Europe – 600 MW pour Fantanele Cogealac en Roumanie, et a supervisé le développement, la clôture financière et la construction du parc éolien de 113 MW Boco rock en Australie qui est primé.
