Globeleq has operated in South Africa since 2014, and currently has eight renewable power plants across the country; two wind farms and six solar power plants. These power plants are a result of Globeleq’s truly global partnerships with the South African government, Eskom and private sector developers, investors, lenders, constructors, suppliers and local communities.
Globeleq South Africa’s main office is located in Cape Town, where our Asset Management and Southern African Business Development team are based. The Business Development team also has a satellite office in Johannesburg.
